Delivery information

We accept orders for Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post as the shipping method for orders. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days from the date of placing your order for dispatch of goods.

For customers in New Zealand and Asia Pacific, please allow 28 working days for receipt of goods.

Delivery charges are displayed at the checkout when the order is placed, and they can vary dependent on order size and delivery location. And don’t forget we offer FREE Australia delivery on orders over $100!

For all other countries, please place your order with Sewdirect.com or Simplicity.com for US and Canada orders.

You must include (a copy of/or the original) delivery note or invoice that was included with your order. Please explain the reason for your return. We will accept a return or exchange of current patterns and credit your method of payment. Patterns must be uncut and unopened. Any return must be made within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept returns on patterns purchased through our online store.
