At this point in time we only deliver within Australia and to New Zealand. For all other countries, please place your order with Simplicity.com.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post as the shipping method for orders. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days from the date of placing your order for dispatch of goods.

For customers in New Zealand, please allow 28 working days for receipt of goods.

Delivery charges are displayed at the checkout when order is placed as they can vary dependent on order size and delivery location. And don’t forget we offer FREE Australia delivery on orders over $60!

You must include (a copy of/or the original) delivery note or invoice that was included with your order. Please explain the reason for your return. We will accept a return or exchange of current patterns and credit your method of payment. Patterns must be uncut and unopened. Any return must be made within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept returns on patterns purchased through our online store.
