About this product

Lined capes in calf or knee length have neck bands with front hook and loop tape closures and can be made with contrast neck ruffle or contrast neck and hem ruffles. Neck ruffle can be accented with rick rack trim. Hats in three sizes S-M-L have stiff interfacing to help hold their shape. Witch or wizard hat has contrast brim and lining; clown hat has yarn pom poms; princess hat has sheer cascading veil. See envelope for more information.

Fleece, Minky Fleece. A also in Shaggy Faux Fur. Appliques C,D and Flowers C in Craft Felt. D Contrast 4 (Drape) in Tulle. Lining: Interlock, Jersey Knit. Interfacing: Fusible Fleece.
