Vintage 1970s blouse and skirts. Blouse view 1 and 2 softly gathered to yoke has square neckline and long, set-in sleeves, gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Skirts view 1 and 2 have side zipper and waistband. View 1 with three tiers is trimmed with embroidered braid or ribbon. View 2 with ruffle at lower edge has ribbon tie belt. Sew Rating: Easy.
